Enrolment procedure
Bundaberg North State High School has an Enrolment Management Plan which outlines its catchment area, which is a geographical location where a state school's core intake of students must live. You can still apply for enrolment if you live outside of our catchment area but enrolment is not guaranteed. School Catchment Area
Once you have determined if you are in the catchment area, the procedure to enrol at North High is:
STEP 1
Complete and submit the Enrolment Eligibility form. The form will be submitted to the school along with the proof of residency you have attached, eg:
- jpg of your drivers licence
- Proof of residential address (lease, council rates notice, utilities invoice)
If you are outside of our catchment area, please ensure you complete the necessary additional step and upload any supporting documentation.
STEP 2
Your application for eligibility will be assessed by the Principal and you will be advised of the outcome within 3 working days. If you are eligible to apply for enrolment, you will be invited to attend an enrolment interview.
You may pick up an enrolment pack from the school to complete which contains information for you to keep, along with 6 forms which should be completed and returned.
STEP 3
Attend your enrolment interview and bring with you the following documents:

Student Resource Scheme (SRS)
To provide parents with a cost effective means of purchasing textbooks and resources Bundaberg North State High School operates a SRS. The scheme ensures that students have the resources required, and saves the parents time and money. Please follow the links below to learn more about the SRS scheme and how to participate. Completion of the form, once submitted to the school, will cover the full period of enrolment at North High.

Third Party Website Consent
Our school uses tools and resources to support student learning, including some third party (non-departmental) online services managed outside of the Department. These services can be use to support curriculum delivery, complete learning activities and assessment, facilitate class collaboration and create and publish class work. Online services, including websites, web apps and mobile apps require connectivity and some require your child's information which may be recorded, used, disclosed and published to the services. We require all parents to complete the THIRD PARTY WEBSITE CONSENT to indicate their consent, or non-consent for each of the websites nominated.
