Student IT Support
If students experience difficulties with passwords, programs or connectivity they may request support from the school technical officer by completing the IT Support Request form. When completing the form, they should indicate what the issue relates to. The school technical officer will provide a response accordingly.
Emergency Loan Devices
Issues with devices
do occur, to support students whose personal 'BYO' device is unavailable due to
damage or fault the school has a small number of loan devices that are
available. Subject to approval these are available on a daily basis for a
period of up to 2 weeks. In order to access a loan device parents/guardians are
asked to make a request via the form below. Under reason put "BYO device
unavailable due to…" plus any other applicable information.
If the request is
approved, the student and parent/guardian is notified and the device can be
collected from B-14 (reprographics) before 8.40 am each morning. These devices are not for overnight loan and must
not leave the school grounds, the device must be returned by 3:00 pm daily. If
the issue lasts longer than 2 weeks, then a further loan application is
required. Please contact the school to cancel your loan request if the loan
device is no longer required.
Disadvantaged Loan Devices
If you are a
parent/guardian who is having hardship in acquiring a BYO device for your
student then please reach out using the form below. Your student might be
eligible subject to approval for a loan device while you work on acquiring one.
Under reason put "hardship in obtaining BYO device because…" plus any
other applicable information.
If the request is
approved, the student and parent/guardian is notified and the device can be
collected from B-14 (reprographics) before 8.40 am each morning. These devices are not for overnight loan and must
not leave the school grounds, the device must be returned by 3:00 pm daily.
The loan is for 1 term, if more time is needed a further loan application is
required. Please contact the school to cancel your loan request if the loan
device is no longer required.

The information will only be accessed by Department of Education. The information will not be given to any other person or agency unless consent is provided.
