Enrolment procedure

All students new to the School in all year levels may be enrolled at Bundaberg North State High School any time during the school year. Appointments should be made with the Guidance Officer for enrolment interviews by calling the office on (07) 4130 0222. At the interview you will need to bring along your students’ birth certificate, last report card from previous school and the completed enrolment form.  A parent or caregiver must be present for this enrolment.

You will also need to complete the consent forms (ICT Agreement, Student Enrolment Agreement, State School Consent Form) to return with your enrolment application, and an SRS form to pay school fees.  Please sign and return this form to the school office.

Enrolment packs may be picked up from the school in advance to give you time to complete paperwork. Documents may also be downloaded from this page using the Related Links section.
