Bundaberg North State High School will again host the Year 7 and Year 10 School Immunisation Program run by Ozcare.
2026 Immunisation Clinic Dates
Immunisations will be administered at Bundaberg North SHS on the following dates:
Year 7
- HPV & dTpa Clinic
Wednesday 25 March 2026 – 9.00am
Year 10
Digital Consent – Vitavo
Ozcare is continuing to use the Vitavo digital consent system, allowing parents and carers to easily:
- Provide consent online
- Update student details at any time
- Manage immunisation information in one convenient location
A Parent’s Guide explaining how to accept or reject consent via Vitavo is attached for your reference.
Parents/carers were emailed a link on 30 January 2026 to complete their child’s consent or non‑consent form for the upcoming clinics.
