We are excited to announce that School Photo Day is just around the corner! It will take place on Monday, 2 March 2026.
Professional photographers will be on campus to capture memorable portraits of your student. To ensure the process runs smoothly, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
- Forms and Payments: Please place your order online before the day of photography. Go to www.advancedlife.com.au and enter this code: XRE VMX 8E2. If you are unable to order online, please have your child hand the completed order envelope, directly to the photographers on the day of photography.
- Preparation: To help your child feel confident and ready, please remind them to brush their hair and teeth before leaving home. Should your child feel they need to wear makeup, please ensure that it is natural and subdued in nature
- Absent students: If your student is unable to attend school on Photo Day, we will arrange for a catch-up day on Tuesday, 3 March 2026.
- Uniform
Year 7-10 – sports uniform
Year 11-12 – formal uniform (including school tie)
- Jewellery
Small studs or sleepers in ears (preferably only one)
One small nose stud (if required) We would appreciate this being removed if possible
No visible necklace - Hair
Neutral hair colour - Make-up
Natural and subdued in nature
Students with inappropriate uniform, jewellery, hair and makeup will be supported by staff to meet school requirements. Students will only be permitted to participate in photos once these requirements are met.

Note from Advancedlife School Photography
- Online orders - do not require an envelope returned to your school
- Sibling Photos - Don't forget to pre-order your sibling photos online up to 24 hours before photo day. We provide your school with a list of sibling orders right up to the day of photography, so no one misses out. If you miss the online order deadline, you can submit a completed sibling order envelope first thing in the morning of the day of photography, so your school is aware you want the photo taken and can bring your children together in time for it. Sibling photographs only apply to children enrolled at your school. Please note not all schools offer sibling photos
- Late fees - a late fee will be applied to each package purchased after photo day due to the additional cost of producing these packages separately
- Package delivery - School photographs will be returned approximately 6 weeks after the day of photography. Please note this delivery timeframe is dependent on proofing and additional photography days at your school.
- Previous Years' photos - Past years' photographs including sports, co-curricular and representative groups are also available to order under the “previous years or group photo" tabs at your school's advancedorder site when you click on the “Order School Photos Here" button above. You can also order past packages, portrait images and gifts from your child's unique, individual and secure advancedyou image archive site using the unique 9 digit image code found on packages you have ordered in the past
